Nothing motivates me more than dispelling entrepreneurs’ fears about contracts and business law over an iced latte.
I started my legal career in 2006 and soon realized that while it brought me joy to litigate in court, I had other passions I wanted to explore. I tapped into my creative side and started a thriving social media platform called CityTattler. This opened up my world to creative, online, start-up, service-based, professional, brick and mortar and other unique entrepreneurs like you.
But, I began to notice something strange. Any time I mentioned my background in business law, I’d see eyes glaze over and walls immediately go up.
I realized that, to me, business law is just a fact of life, but to my creative entrepreneur friends, it made them want to put their heads in the sand… and often it was downright scary to them.
Something needed to change.
