Flat Fee Services
Fractional In-house Counsel: Legal Strategy and Support Package
$1,550/month
Fractional In-house Legal Support which Includes up to 4 hours of legal support for the month.
Fees are for one month and no minimum term beyond a month is required for engagement.
Term of legal engagement automatically renews each month beginning from the sign-up date. You can terminate subscription at any time.
Subscription services must be used before the end of the Term. Services and payments do not roll over to the next subscribed term or other services you might engage GBP Law to provide.

Legal Support Contract and Consult Package
$1,550 flat fee
Includes one contract review or drafting, a 45-minute legal strategy session, contract review/drafting consults during the engagement, and access to Girija via email for basic legal questions during the month of legal engagement.

90 Minute Intensive
$597 / 90 minutes
90 minute session is for legal consulting, strategy conversations, deliberating, Q&A. This is a conversation based services where CEOs/business owners can sit in a room and deliberate with their legal support system.
Walk through various processes in their business and assess the flow, identify gaps, create a plan of action
Focus on 1-3 aspects of your business to develop legal strategies, system flows, better practices, compliance advisory Getting your legal questions and legal game plan solved is easy, reliable, and pocket-friendly.
Legal and Business Strategy Q&A
90 Minute consult DOES NOT include any legal services outside this scope. For example, no contract drafting, contract review, litigation, entity formation, trademark registration, copyright registration or other legal work of similar nature.
Legal Audit
$3,000 flat fee
Phase One: Initial Assessment
Prior to our meeting, clients will provide their contracts, SOPs, forms, and other relevant legal/business documents, allowing us to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business.
During this assessment, we will thoroughly examine all aspects of the client's business systems, including compliance, third-party relationships, legal considerations, and internal business practices.
Phase Two: Collaborative Strategy Session
During a focused, 3-hour meeting, we will engage in a collaborative attorney-client session to review, provide feedback, and strategize.
This is when we will be providing valuable insights, legal advice, deliberations, and formulate a legal strategy implementation plan.
Flexible options available for in-person or virtual meetings, with travel expenses applicable for locations outside the Houston metropolitan area.
Please note that while clients receive legal consultation services, the execution of legal work will be billed separately. You can connect with GBP Law to get more information on the same after the audit is conducted.

All legal fees are FLAT FEES. Subscribe Law Service fees are NOT retainer fees.
NO REFUNDS, CREDITS or PRO-RATED REFUNDS even if terminated before renewal date.
Substitution of legal services is not permitted for unused or unwanted services.
Services are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for any and all reasons.
Excludes Trademark Services, Copyright Services, and other services that are generally outside the scope of Subscribe Law. GBP Law reserves the right to refuse services.
Disclaimers:
- When you sign up for the session, you have hired me to be your attorney for that one hour only. So, we have attorney/client privilege for that hour. For any other services you need to hire me for, we will have to sign a separate client retention agreement for those services.
- This session is only limited to Girija answering your legal inquiries or discussing legal strategies (game plan!) during the intensive session and any follow-up questions for the immediate next three days.
- Services do not include any other legal services such as drafting your contracts, filing your LLC, etc.
- You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel the session booking. After 24 hours, all bookings are final, and no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
- If you need to reschedule the session, kindly send us an email at manager@gbplaw.com at least 24 hours prior to the session otherwise a no-show is a forfeit of the session, and it’s non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and only permitted once.
